Here's a build script and a patch file (for zlib) to get Mednafen building on Windows using msys2.
I've only bothered building a 32-bit version as yet, but I can't see why it wouldn't work for a 64-bit version with some really minor tweaking.
The only real problem when building with msys2 is that the default zlib install on msys2 doesn't support 64-bit files properly, and Mednafen wants that.
So this script builds a custom zlib library just for Mednafen (without changing the msys2 system library).
