Game bugs(not emulation bugs):

Kidou Senshi Z Gundam: Zenpen Zeta no Kodou (Japan) - FMVs are missing video(black screen) unless game is started from the BIOS' CD player screen, due to failure to initialize VDP1 user clipping coordinates in the game's startup code. On real hardware, FMVs may also work if the console has not been powered off for too long after the user clipping coordinates were initialized by other software.

Panzer Dragoon II - Ground layer occasionally spazzes out a little in first stage.

Scorcher - Crackling and popping in "Downtown" music.

Virtua Fighter - Voice test audio goes wonky when selecting a different character's voice during playback.

Whizz (Europe/Japan) - FMVs are missing video(black screen) unless game is started from the BIOS' CD player screen. Similar issue to Kidou Senshi Z Gundam: Zenpen Zeta no Kodou.

Here are the few issues I've found while trying out the new Saturn emulation:

Burning Rangers (NTSC-U) has some flickering lines on the edges of some textures and bits of text onscreen when you save someone can also flicker. Some environmental textures themselves will flicker too.

Cotton Boomerang (NTSC-J) gives me a runtime error when trying to run a bin/cue of it that works in Yabause. Could be a bad dump though. - It was a bad dump Razz

Magic Knight Rayearth (NTSC-U) has some problems playing voice files. It wouldn't play Hikaru's voice when I pressed A on the diary screen, and when I tried to talk to Fuu her voice wouldn't play and the game froze after I tried to advance her dialog. There's also a sound pop when the intro FMV plays. - Fixed in 0.9.43, as noted above Razz

Panzer Dragoon (NTSC-U) has flickering subtitle text on the opening FMV (after selecting New Game). - Fixed in 0.9.39.1

Cotton Boomerang should work, probably a bad dump.

Magic Knight Rayearth was working as of a few weeks ago, but it looks like improving the SMPC joystick reading emulation between then and now inexplicably broke it somehow. :/

Someone on r/emulation said he has Cotton Boomerang working, so it must just be my dump.

Die Hard Trilogy (Japan) -- doesn't work (freezes at BIOS copyrights). It doesn't work on other emulators as well, but I believe it used to work on certain old versions of SSF.

Shining the Holy Ark (NTSC-U): On random occasions, usually after finding an item or finishing a battle, the dungeon's BGM volume gets lowered. The volume reverts back to normal when I find another item or come across a random encounter.

On another note, is it possible to increase the speed of the throttling button for the Saturn core? Right now, it barely makes a difference in terms of speed and it would be a great asset for grind and progression in Holy Ark.

You must be using a bad copy.

RetroArch is not Mednafen, it uses an unofficial fork of Mednafen. You should test a game in Mednafen itself before making a bug report here. In any case, the European release of "Sega Touring Car Championship" works fine for me in Mednafen, so it's probably either a bug with the RetroArch fork, or you're using a bad copy of the game.

In Enemy Zero I can't change the disc with F8/F6 buttons and changing disc screen seems corrupted. save state (F5) doesn't work either.

PS. Separately disc 2 (game disc) works perfect.

A fork is a fork, there is no official or unofficial. It is open source software.

RetroArch works very well, it is the only way to use it on Linux.
Mednafen is FOSS and is only for Windows (?). No Linux (.deb / .rpm). No Repository.
I do not know how to compile and do not use Windows.

I've tried more than 150 games in Linux with Retroarch and they all work fine except 3. (set Redump and Darkwater).
Virtua Fighter 1, is broken.
Virtua Fighter Remix, is broken.
Mortal Kombat II, does not load the voices.
Enemy Zero, not load the disc 1. (I have the .m3u file)

Even I have a question. ¿Mednafen-Saturn is compatible with multiple discs?

Mednafen and RetroArch are two major projects emulation. Unite. Together they can accomplish extraordinary things.
See Mednafen PSX HW.

Then it has to be a problem with Retroarch because i'm using my own iso, ripped via IMGburn (bin/cue). No copy from the net.

The salient question is: Are you willing to learn how to compile?

Yes, I like to learn. But note that my working day is 10-14 hours, sometimes I do not have time. It is easier for mortals like me, if you create a script, .sh, deb, ppa... or not?
Instead, I can support the project with graphic design, 3D, animation, if you like.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong regarding Enemy Zero, I think it's a bug or something similar in Mednafen.

Tactics Ogre freezes after the first data save. Cannot get back to the game screen. It goes into black screen. Can reproduce this by starting a new game, progress through the intro part, then during the first save, do the save and then black screen.

Zero Divide Final Conflict simply does not start. (But I see this is already reported now)
