Changes from 0.8.2-beta primarily consist of PC-FX bug fixes(the BIOS' CD-DA player and Super Power League FX work much better now), and a few video rendering fixes, mostly OpenGL related. A few constructs causing compiler errors were also fixed.

Any regressions in emulation should only be found in PC-FX or PCE CD emulation, so if people like to test such things, test games for those systems.

Any SMS+GG bugs reported in the 0.8.2-beta thread haven't been fixed, and probably won't before the non-beta 0.8.4(sorry).
