Windows Simple Mednafen Launcher [message #1215]

Hi,

My mednafen directory was getting overpacked with bat files which launched mednafen. So i decided to create a small launcher using C#. It loads a game and reads the command Parameters from a config file. Thought it might be useful for some people so i posted it. Enjoy.

Ah, it's nice to see ppl working in mednafen frontends. It's good, but it have a little problem, mednafen supports zip files. When I tried to open a zip file the frontend crashed.
Anyway, keep the good work.
