Mednafen has got to be one of the best emulators out there with the amount of game systems it emulates.
A couple of the games I like to play on mednafen are the digimon anode & cathode tamer for wonderswan color, the pokemon games for gameboy and gameboy color, and dragonball Z games for gameboy advance.
I've also enjoyed playing river city ransom for NES, bomberman 94 for TurboGrafx 16, and a few other games online with friends.
