Any command line options such as "mednafen -sound.device hdmi:CARD=HDMI -video.fs.display 1 /Path/to/rom.zip" will overwrite the corresponding options in the "~/.mednafen/mednafen.cfg" config.
This behavior is incorrect and clearly erroneous!
