Apparently when starting a PC-FX game (Zeroigar in this case) it still shows the old name (Tyoushin Heiki Zeroigar) instead of the Redump name (Choujin Heiki Zeroigar) when I play, and Lunatic Dawn FX still doesn't have an FX in the title, so my request is to update the names of the PC-FX games to their redump ones.

I'm pretty sure mednafen just uses the game's file name for things like window title, save file names, etc. Just rename your ROMs.
