I created a rendering simulating a CRT, with my own algo here:

I implemented it on mednafen, I will be happy that Mednafen integrates it officially.

So I managed to compile Mednafen for windows, (I'm on Linux) at home it works fine with wine, but on windows, I have this error:
"procedure entry point gseek64 not found"

I think we'd need more info about your build environment to figure out why that happens, but I have no clue what more specifically than that we'd need to know.

I solved the problem, by changing the zlib1.dll and adding zlib.dll (I did cross compilation, I use Linux)
