Mednafen won't start. After downloading the ZIP and extracting it starting the app gives me an error. It has done the same on every version of Mednafen I have ever used. My specs. RTX-3060 I7-12700H 16GB DDR5 RAM Win11 (latest Update) Here is a screenshot of the issue. Hope you can help.

Error: No command line arguments specified. Mednafen doesn't have a GUI by design. Instead, you're supposed to specify the path to a ROM as a command line argument (ex: mednafen mario.nes).
