Hi First I want say thx for hard work. Mednafen/Beetle is the best emulator  Many games get mods and translations for PSX but I cant run on Mednafen/beetle. You'll have to patch the game yourself, instead of having mednafen auto-patch it for you like it can for cartridge based systems. Just get the bin file of the PS1 game, the translation patch, and try https://www.romhacking.net/patch/ to get it patched.

Patches from above YT links with translation and mod are in bin Winning Eleven 2002 ready to play (game is patched). I tried ECC Regen and in booth no results. I'm not sure what you mean. I downloaded the top link, and the game opened in mednafen just fine, and showed splash screens with links to the modders website and everything, so it worked fine for me without needing ECCRegen. What exact error are you getting?
